ChatBridge24

How we compare

This is a crowded market and most of it is not competing with us. Below is an honest map: what each kind of product is for, where it is the better choice, and the narrow thing ChatBridge24 is built to do well.

Last reviewed 2026-10-03 — against each vendor’s own public site. We quote no competitor’s price here, because a price without a dated citation is wrong within a quarter — read each of them at source.

What ChatBridge24 is for

One sentence, so the rest is comparable.

A business with one to a few WhatsApp numbers, a team that answers them, and — often — a Bitrix24 portal. Priced per connected number with the whole team included, no markup on Meta’s message charges, and the deepest Bitrix24 integration we know how to build.

If that is not you, several of the products below will suit you better, and the rest of this page says which.

Written up in detail

One page, for now.

01

Wazzup24

The best-known way to put WhatsApp into Bitrix24, and the one we are most often compared with. The full page names where they are the better choice — several messengers in one place, other CRMs, a quick self-serve start — and exactly what switching involves.

The rest of the market, and who each is for

No scores, no stars, no invented quotes.

Omnichannel inboxes

Products built around many channels in one inbox — Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, LINE, Telegram, live chat, email. If you need those in the same place, that is what they are for and we are not. They typically price per user or per monthly active contact, which is worth modelling against a per-number price before you decide. Respond.io and Trengo are the obvious names; Trengo in particular if you want email and live chat in the same inbox.

Pure platform access (BSPs)

Vendors who sell you access to the WhatsApp Business Platform at a flat fee and leave the software to you. If you have your own application and only need the pipe — 360dialog is the clearest example of this shape — that is a better fit than any inbox product, including ours.

Developer messaging APIs

Twilio, Infobip and the like: WhatsApp alongside SMS, voice and email, priced per message, with no inbox. If you are building and your team will never log in to anything, start there. They are not trying to be what we are.

E-commerce specialists

Products locked to a storefront — Shopify in particular — with catalogue messages, abandoned-cart flows and order updates wired in. If your business is one of those storefronts, a specialist will be ahead of us on day one.

Marketing-first WhatsApp tools

Built around broadcasts and chatbot funnels, usually with a flat fee plus add-ons. If marketing volume is the whole job and a CRM is not in the picture, they are built for that. Check whether message fees are passed through at Meta’s rates or marked up — that varies across the category and it is the figure that compounds.

The free WhatsApp Business app

Genuinely the right answer for a one-person business. It is free, it needs no integration and it works. You need something like us at the point where two people have to answer one number, or a system has to send on it.

Three questions worth asking any of us

Including us.

  1. Whose WhatsApp Business Account is it? If the account is in the vendor’s portfolio rather than yours, your approved templates, your quality rating and your number’s history are on their account. On the official platform ours is yours, which is also why you can leave.
  2. Is there a markup on Meta’s message rates? Some vendors pass them through and say so; at least one adds a per-conversation markup on its lowest tier. Ask for the number, not the adjective.
  3. What is the billing unit? Per user, per monthly active contact, per channel, per conversation and per connected number produce wildly different invoices at the same volume. Ours is per connected number. Our full price list.

Compare it on your own number

One number, one Open Channel, and your own conversations. That is a shorter evaluation than any comparison page.
