ChatBridge24

What ChatBridge24 connects to

One deep integration, and an API for the rest. We would rather ship one connector that handles the awkward cases than a directory of pages that each say “connect via our API”.

Bitrix24

The one we built from the inside.

01

WhatsApp in Bitrix24

A marketplace application. Conversations arrive in your Open Channels, a WhatsApp tab appears on the Lead, Deal, Contact and Company cards and on Smart Processes, two automation steps can send, a first message can create the record, and Click-to-WhatsApp attribution can be written into fields you choose. Read the full page — it is the most detailed page on this site, because it is the integration we can describe from the inside.

Everything else, through the API

A REST interface and signed webhooks.

There is a public REST API for sending, and outgoing webhooks for receiving. Between them they cover the automation platforms, an internal tool, or a system nobody has written a connector for:

  • Scoped API keys, stored only as a hash — a key cannot be read back out of the product, by us or by anyone.
  • An idempotency key is required on every send. Not optional: a public send endpoint is retried by customers, by HTTP clients, by job queues and by load balancers, and a duplicate here is a second real message to a real person as well as a second charge. A retry with the same key is answered with the first attempt’s outcome.
  • Signed outgoing webhooks, retried over about eleven hours, with a destination that is checked before every delivery so it cannot be pointed at a private address or an internal service. Redirects are not followed.
  • An endpoint that keeps failing is switched off and its events are held, not dropped. A successful test re-enables it and releases what was waiting.

The full reference lives inside the product, on the APIs page, where it is beside the keys it documents. Ask us if you want to read it before you sign up.

Questions

Mostly about what is coming.

Is there a Zapier, Make or n8n app?

Not yet, and we are not going to publish three pages implying there is. All three can call the REST API and receive the outgoing webhooks today; when there is a tested walkthrough with the real payload for each, it gets a page.

Can I use ChatBridge24 without Bitrix24?

Yes. The shared inbox, templates, campaigns, the bot and the API are all independent of Bitrix24. The Bitrix24 integration is an addition, not a requirement.

Which CRMs do you support besides Bitrix24?

None as a built-in connector. Anything that can make an HTTP request and receive one can be connected through the API, and we would rather say that than list a CRM we have not actually built for.

Connect it to what you already use

A Bitrix24 portal, or your own system through the API.
