One thing, done properly
We do not resell a messaging gateway and we are not trying to be an omnichannel suite. ChatBridge24 does WhatsApp: a shared inbox, approved templates, campaigns, a chatbot, an API — and the deepest Bitrix24 integration we know how to build. Where other products are the better choice.
On Meta’s official platform
Messages travel over the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta’s Cloud API. Your WhatsApp Business Account is yours, connected by you with your own Facebook sign-in, billed to you by Meta, and disconnectable at any time. What that means in practice.
How we build it
Four habits, visible in the product.
- We would rather say a limit than hide it. There is no email delivery in the product yet, so there are no email notifications — that sentence is on the pricing page and on the features page, not buried. A setting that silently does nothing is worse than a missing setting.
- We publish prices. All three tiers, in the page, in plain HTML. Across this category it is common for the prices to be invisible to a crawler or absent altogether; we think a reader should be able to work out what they will pay without booking a call.
- We do not mark up Meta’s charges. On the official platform Meta bills you directly on your own account. Our price is per connected number, per month, and that is all of it.
- We do not track you here. This website makes no third-party requests, sets no cookie and runs no analytics script. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. You can verify that in your own browser.
