Everything a journalist, a partner or a marketplace listing needs to show this product correctly — and the one rule we ask for in return, which is that no other company’s mark is placed beside ours.
ChatBridge24 is a product of Saabsoft, Dubai. The name is one word with no space and a capital B — ChatBridge24 — and the number is part of it.
The assets
Four files, each for one ground. Nothing here needs a password.
The lockup, for light grounds
The mark and the wordmark together, as supplied. Use it unmodified on a white or near-white ground. It is the default choice wherever the background is paper or a light page.
The lockup, reversed
The same geometry and the same type metrics, recoloured for a dark ground. This is the file the header of this site uses. Do not make your own reversed version by inverting or filtering the light one — that is how it ended up washed out the first time.
The mark alone
The two overlapping squares with the aperture punched where they cross. Use it where the name is already present in type, and where the space is too small for the wordmark to be legible.
The mark, reversed
The same mark for a dark ground. Keep clear space around it of at least the width of the aperture, and never place it on a photograph or a saturated gradient.
The five colour values
Three brand colours and two text-safe deeps. They do not drift.
- Navy #000047 — the bridge, belonging to neither side. The overlap fill in the mark and the favicon tile. On a dark ground it is a fill and never a text colour.
- Cyan #0088B0 — a message arriving from the customer. A graphics colour: it does not carry text on white.
- Cyan deep #006786 — the text-safe cyan.
- Magenta #D6006C — a reply sent by the business. A solid-fill colour.
- Magenta deep #A80055 — the text-safe magenta.
The pairing is not decoration and it is worth getting right if you reproduce it: cyan arrives, magenta departs, navy is the bridge between them, and in the mark the two accents never touch directly — only through the navy overlap. A rendering that lets them meet has said something the product does not mean.
Three rules for referring to us
Two are about our name. The third is the one we actually care about.
Write the name as one word
ChatBridge24, never Chat Bridge 24, never ChatBridge, never CB24. In running text it takes no trademark symbol.
Describe it as what it is
A WhatsApp Business Platform connector with a CRM integration — not a WhatsApp client, not an unofficial app, and not a Bitrix24 add-on. Bitrix24 is the first connector; it is not the frame.
Do not place another company’s mark beside ours
No WhatsApp logo, no Meta logo and no CRM vendor’s logo adjacent to the ChatBridge24 mark or lockup, at any size. We hold no endorsement from any of them and a composed lockup claims one. We follow the same rule on this entire website, which is why you will not find a single borrowed mark on it.
What to call the colours and the typeface
The display and body type on this site is Cairo, self-hosted. The wordmark inside the supplied lockup files is set type rather than live text, so you do not need the font to reproduce the logo — use the file.
If you need an asset that is not here, or a specific size or format, ask. We would rather send you the right file than have a redrawn version of the mark in circulation.
