ChatBridge24

THE WORKSPACE

ChatBridge24 without a CRM

Every capability in this product runs on a connected WhatsApp number and a browser. A CRM connector is something you add if you have a CRM — it is not the frame, and nothing here is waiting for it.

This product began as an application inside one CRM, and that is still the integration most of its customers use. It is not the shape of the product. The workspace is a sign-in of its own, on its own host, and it needs nothing else to be useful on the first day.

What you get with no CRM at all

Six things, and not one of them reads a CRM record.

A shared inbox

One number your whole team works, with assignment, internal notes, saved replies, labels and views — and read state in both directions, including when a colleague reads a message on their own handset.

Templates

Build them, submit them for approval, watch the review, and send them with your own values — media headers, buttons and carousels included.

Campaigns

An approved template to an audience you built, paced inside your own sending hours, with every recipient claimed once before any money moves.

A chatbot

A scenario you draw, that answers inside the window and hands off to a person when the question is a real one.

Contacts and audiences

Everybody who has written to your numbers, with eighteen filters over them and an export built in your own browser.

An API

Scoped keys, a required idempotency key on every send, and signed webhooks — so your own software can be the integration.

What signing up actually involves

An account on this site, then a number.

01

Create a workspace

An email address and a password on our own portal host. No CRM account, no marketplace, no installation into anything.

02

Connect a WhatsApp Business number

Through Meta’s own embedded flow, which runs in a window of Meta’s, on your own business portfolio. The number stays yours: we are the software, not the owner of your account.

03

Invite the people who answer it

Colleagues get roles rather than their own numbers, because the subscription is per connected number and there is no seat charge to ration.

And if you add a CRM later

The number does not move and the history does not fork.

Connecting a CRM afterwards is additive. The conversations you have already had stay where they are, and the thread a customer is in keeps its identity — the key a conversation is filed under is pinned the first time it is delivered and never rewritten, which is what stops one customer’s history splitting into two threads when something about their contact details changes.

So the honest ordering advice is: start with the workspace, and add a connector when you have a reason to. Starting the other way round is how a trial becomes a CRM project.

The absences worth knowing about

  • It does not send email. There is no email delivery in this product, which is also why the contact page offers real channels rather than a form.
  • It is not a CRM. There are no deals, no pipelines and no invoices. If you need those, the connector pages are the right read.
  • It does not host your WhatsApp account. The business account and the number are yours, on your own portfolio, and they leave with you.
