One platform, three products
A connected WhatsApp Business number is the thing you buy. Where you work it — our own workspace, your CRM, or your own software over the API — is a choice you make after, and can change later without changing the number.
Most products in this category are sold as an add-on to one CRM, which makes the CRM the frame and the WhatsApp number an accessory. It is the other way round here: the number is the product, and the CRM is one of three places you can work it from.
The number
A business number on the official transport, with everything that follows from that.
A connected number is a WhatsApp Business number running on Meta’s own Cloud API — not a phone in a drawer running a copy of WhatsApp Web. That distinction decides almost everything a buyer cares about: whether a customer’s real phone number reaches you, whether a message can be sent outside a reply window, whether delivery state is a fact or a guess, and whether the account can be switched off for using an unofficial client.
You buy one subscription per connected number. There is no seat charge and no contact cap, so adding the fourth colleague to a number costs nothing and the number is the only thing you count.
Three places to work it
Pick one, or more than one. The number does not change.
The workspace, with no CRM
Our own application: a shared inbox, templates, campaigns, the chatbot, contacts and audiences, and the API. It does not require a CRM of any kind. If you have no CRM, or you keep your CRM for other things, this is the whole product.
Inside Bitrix24
The deep connector: conversations in Open Channels, a WhatsApp tab on the Lead, Deal, Contact and Company cards, and two automation steps. Every registration re-asserts itself, because Bitrix24 deletes a registered step on every app update.
Your own software, over the API
A REST API with scoped keys and signed webhooks. Anything that can make an HTTPS request can send and receive today, which is the honest answer for every CRM we have not written a native connector for yet.
What Meta sells and what we sell
Two bills, and it matters which is which.
Meta charges for messages. We charge for the software around them. Those are separate bills from separate companies, and this site never prints one as the other.
On a standard account the transport bills your own business directly for the messages, at its own published rates for your customers’ markets. Our subscription is per connected number per month and does not change with your volume. There is no markup on Meta’s message charges here and no conversation bundle resold — the transport stopped billing per conversation in July 2025, and a bundle priced in a unit nobody bills in any more is a bundle of nothing.
