BITRIX24 WHATSAPP BOT
An advanced WhatsApp bot, inside Bitrix24
The ChatBridge24 app on the Bitrix24 Marketplace includes a Bitrix24 advanced bot for numbers connected to the WhatsApp Business API. You draw the conversation once — greet, offer choices, ask for the details you need, check them, and hand the customer to your team — and it answers new chats the way you drew it, at any hour.
It is the same scenario builder as in the standalone WhatsApp workspace, so a team that works in Bitrix24 builds, tests and runs its bot without leaving Bitrix24.

What the Bitrix24 WhatsApp bot can do
Every block opens in its own panel, and the blocks that send show a preview of the WhatsApp message.
Messages with buttons, lists and links
Up to three reply buttons, a list of options, a link button or a request for the customer’s location — with a picture, a video, a document or a title above the text where WhatsApp allows one. Each choice can lead somewhere different.
Questions that check the answer
Ask for a name, a number, an email address, a phone number, a date, a location, a file or a yes or no. A wrong answer is asked again in your words, a silence can get a reminder, and no reply at all can take its own path.
Conditions and business hours
Send customers down different paths by what they wrote, by an answer they gave, by their country or by a label — and treat working hours, weekends and holidays differently.
Approved templates, files and media
Send an approved message template, including outside the 24-hour customer service window, and send a brochure, a price list or a video from your own files.
A hand-off to a person
Place a Hand to a person block wherever your team should take over. A question can also give a customer who writes a word such as agent or human its own path to that hand-off. After it, the bot leaves the conversation to your team.
Answers you can reuse
Every answer is kept as a variable, so the next message can say the customer’s name, repeat what they chose, or decide the next step from it.
When a scenario starts
Several scenarios on one number, each with its own start.
A scenario starts on the message that matches it: a keyword the customer writes, the first message from a new contact, a chat that came from a click-to-WhatsApp ad or a landing-page campaign, a tap on a button in one of your templates, a message outside working hours — or any message at all, for the scenario that greets everybody.
One number can run several scenarios at once, in the order you give them, so a price enquiry, a new lead from an advert and an after-hours message each get the conversation written for them. A scenario can also be limited to once per contact in a number of hours, or kept away from conversations that carry a label you choose.
Draft, test, publish
Nothing reaches a customer until you publish it and switch it on.
Build it as a draft
Add blocks from the library, connect their paths and fill each one in its panel. Saving keeps a draft; the version your customers meet does not change.
Try it in the Test chat
Write to the scenario as a customer would. The Test chat follows the same rules as the live bot and shows which block answered, and what each answer saved.
Publish when the checks pass
Publishing checks the whole scenario first — a path left unconnected, a loop that would keep sending without waiting for the customer, a template that is not approved — and names the block to fix. A customer already in the middle of a conversation finishes it on the version they started, and every published version is kept and can be brought back as the draft.
Built for a live WhatsApp number
WhatsApp’s rules, applied block by block.
- The 24-hour customer service window. A free-form message is sent only while the window is open; outside it, only an approved template is.
- Opt-outs and blocked contacts. A customer who asked not to be contacted, or a contact your team blocked, never hears from the bot.
- Your operators come first. A scenario does not start on a conversation one of your team has answered in the last 24 hours — in Open Channels, in a CRM record’s WhatsApp tab or in the ChatBridge24 inbox.
- Limits on every run. A scenario cannot send without end: at most four messages for each customer message and forty each time a scenario runs, and a loop that would keep sending without waiting for the customer is refused before it is published.
- One reply, never two. When two messages arrive together, only one of them moves the conversation on.
Where it runs, and what it needs
The same bot in Bitrix24 and in the standalone workspace.
The bot works on a number connected to the WhatsApp Business API. Install the ChatBridge24 app from the Bitrix24 Marketplace and the scenario builder is on the Bot tab of each WhatsApp Business API number in the app. Without Bitrix24, the standalone workspace has exactly the same builder.
It is included in the Professional and Enterprise plans, priced per connected number with your whole team included; see ChatBridge24 pricing. Meta’s own per-message charges apply to what the bot sends, exactly as they do to the messages your team sends; see WhatsApp Business API pricing.
Questions people ask
Short answers, current as of the date above.
Is the bot part of the Bitrix24 app?
Yes. It is in the ChatBridge24 app on the Bitrix24 Marketplace, on the Bot tab of each WhatsApp Business API number. Nothing else needs installing.
Which numbers can use it?
Any number connected to the WhatsApp Business API, in the Professional and Enterprise plans.
Can I see what the bot will do before customers do?
Yes. The Test chat runs the scenario with the same rules as the live bot, and nothing changes for customers until you publish.
What happens when a customer wants a person?
The bot stops at a Hand to a person block and leaves the conversation to your team. While a question is waiting, a customer who writes one of the words you set for asking for a person can be sent straight to that hand-off.
Can one number have more than one scenario?
Yes. Several scenarios can be live on one number, each with its own start, in the order you choose.
